He flapped them gently, floating out of his kennel and into the sky. He watched the world below like a bird, feeling like the king of the air… until he realized he couldn’t bark. “Woof!” he tried, but it came out as a high-pitched “Chirp.” Henry quickly decided he preferred being a dog.

Another time, Henry was chewing on a jerky strip when he imagined himself at a grand feast. Suddenly, he was sitting at a massive banquet table, surrounded by roasted chickens, sausages, and kidney pies—all for him! He ate voraciously. But then, the feast disappeared, leaving him feeling a little wistful about all the food he left behind.
