Vendor Opportunities

Join us at our 2024 Open House as a vendor! There will be a lot of animal lovers (and dogs!) at the event, so this is an especially great opportunity for animal-related businesses.

Vendor registration is $35. By submitting a vendor fee with this form, you agree to the following participation guidelines:

•All vendor spaces are 10×10 on a grassy field. Vendor is responsible for tables, chairs, tents, and signage. Electricity and water hookups are not available.
•The event will take place rain or shine, and vendors are responsible for protecting products from sun, wind, or rain.
•Instructions for vendor setup and break down will be shared in advance of the event. Vendors must follow instructions, including time windows for set up and break down.
•No vehicles allowed on the grass, but a parking lot for loading and unloading is close by.
•Each vendor is responsible for their own property. Paws4ever assumes no liability for theft, loss, or damage to any product, display, or property of any vendor.
•If heavy rain is in the forecast, the event may be moved inside our Learning Center building, with room for vendor tables.
•The event will take place on September 14th, unless there is catastrophic weather. If such weather occurs, a message announcing the
cancellation of the event will be posted on paws4ever.org, and Paws4ever’s Facebook page.
•If the event is canceled due to weather, vendor fees will not be refunded, but will be designated as a donation to Paws4ever.
