Come to Paws4ever for a Dog Training Field Day! This free event is a fun opportunity for you and your dog to try training together! You’ll get a taste of manners training, agility, and nosework, get a chance to talk with our professional trainers, tour our dog training center and dog park, and meet a few of Paws4ever’s adoptable pets.
Beginners are encouraged! No formal training experience is required to have fun at Field Day!
Paws4ever is a non-profit animal organization that supports pets and their people through adoption, training, a membership-based dog park, and more. Paws4ever’s Dog Training Program offers training classes and private lessons. Learning at Paws4ever is fun and supportive, and our trainers use positive reinforcement.

Know Before You Go:
Dogs must be on leash at all times during Field Day. Choke, prong, and shock collars are not allowed at Paws4ever.
Fixed length leashes are preferred to retractable leashes (ask us why on Saturday)!
Field Day activities are for one dog at a time, but you will encounter other dogs, so this event is best suited for dogs who are comfortable around other dogs. If your dog isn’t quite ready for this kind of event but you are interested in beginning training, get in touch with us at train@paws4ever.org and we can get you started with a consultation or help you decide the right class to join! You are also welcome to come to Dog Training Field Day without your dog to take a tour and meet our trainers.
This event is rain or shine. As weather permits, portions of the event will be outdoors.
COVID-19 Policy: Masks are required indoors at all times at Paws4ever.
Sample Class RSVP
Field Day is a free drop-in event, but RSVPs are required to participate in the sample dog training classes that will be held at 12:30, 2:00 and 3:00.
